I have just joined the forum hoping that my problem would get resolved.

Just bought a qtek 9100 sim free and want to use wifi on it from my home wireless network but when I click on the wifi icon it reads the signals ok but the status continuously remains "connecting" and doesnt change to connected.

Can someone guide me through the process or how to rectify this issue.

I couldn't tell you. I have a wireless network at home and I have never has a problem connecting to mine or my friends. Even secured I can log onto. Couldn't tell you. Wish I could be more help.
