nice.. with thousands of members on this site.. i have to answer myself.. Thanks to me, i ve found my way thru.. Since nobody knows what to do, i will teach those who doesnt know, so that at least one day if someone has the same problem, they can find their answer here..
if you have a problem just like mine, put the phone into bootloader mode (soft reset button under the IR)+(camera button) push it both at the same time and release the reset button after couple seconds and wait and hold the camera button down until u get to a screen with red blue and green stripes.. OR the easiest way to do it and not everybody knows about it that, you can use your phones File Explorer and go Windows\Enterbootloader.exe on your phone, now all u have to do is just reset the device back and try the wifi, u ll se that know it will start working.. at least it worked for me..
and for the storage card, the problem i had was my card crashing, so i have to reformat it.. The cause for this problem is, when your battery goes low, phone it self disables the card reader and wifi network card. and with bootloader u can enable those..
Anyway.. Now you all know the answer to my problem.. Its funny.. Because instead of you guys helping me out, i ve helped myself out.. Whatever..
