T-Mobile Customer Service, grade =

I have heard anecdotally that T-Mobile's service leaves something to be desired. That has not been my experience at all.
I have called in 5-10 times since I purchased my PPCPE, and my issues have been quickly and cheerfully resolved, without long wait times.
Most recently, they replaced my unit because of the paint problem. I had a replacement unit it one day. The replacement had some very minor scratching on the screen; they sent me a perfect one the next day--no questions asked.
Good job T-Mobile!
