i bought my sx56 used, when i first turned it on there was a screen that said tap the stylus on the 'X' to adjust the screen, i accidentally hit a button and passed the adjust screen without adjusting the stylus, now i cant tap what i want to w/ stylus(screen is not synchronized with stylus), i need to get back to that adjustment screen, i believe it said XDA-DEVELOPER on the screen.

Just go to the Start Menu, go down to settings...Go to the Systems tab on the bottom and then click on the Screen Icon, and then just hit align screen and do that process again...
