I was recently given a semi used SX56.
I need to get it upgraded to the latest software which I have, but I do not have the driver let alone the original software for the unit.

I am currently running windows 2000.

I need to unlock the unit as well, and I have that software as well, but I cannot connect to the unit because I do not have the driver for 2K. Any help would be appreciated.

The sx56 is referred to as a Wallaby or XDA (xdaI, xda1) a lot.

To get your pda talking to your computer (running Windows 2000)..

You don't need the original CD...all you need is ActiveSync 3.7 (I think that's the newest one)..but just google it and it'll pop right up.
