Is there anyway to create a Program from a File. For example I have a file that executes as a program (BASIC) but it does not show up in the programs section. I need it to be defined as a program to support another application.

I'll answer my own question. You move the files into the windows/start menu/programs area. Then they show up in the Programs when you access that.
