A T-Mobile employee who regulars howardforums says that the official word from T-Mobile if you ask about the online billing and informaiton issues is...drum roll please...It will be fixed as of Dec 13th . I am a bit skeptical since being with Voicestream from Day 1 here in Phoenix and the online stuff has never been right for more than 24 hours at a time, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Well the day came and went, I added a new family member, and T-Mobiles online stuff still stinks, oh well someday we can be like the big carriers...

T-Mobile seems to be trying to do all the right things... good marketing program, agressive pricing, interesting products.... but they are missing a few of the details to close the deal. Hopefully they will get it right soon. Its a very unforgiving business.
