SIEMENS SX56 Navigation Capability

Does anyone know of a NAVMAN (works only with ipaq) type company that caters to the SIEMENS SX56? I was trying to plot out if it was possible to have my SIEMENS SX56 double as a navigational tool in my car. Any ideas? Thanks!

There are several options for GPS on the phone. If you can find one the Radio Shack Digitraveler is relatively inexpensive although its discontinued and try as I may I've not found a store with one in it. eBay has them occasionally.

Pharos makes a GPS solution for the SX-56. Keep in mind when looking for compatible products that the phone is an XDA variant so anything that works with XDA works with the 56. Been looking at this one and telling myself that I don't need it....

check gpspassion.com for alot of gps info. i currently use the tomtom kit for my ppcpe. there are many companies that make similar packages with everything you need. the tomtom package works pretty good but i'm thinking of switching to new software.

Howdy. Any experience with the ALK product? I'm considering, if available, a Siemens SX66 (Cingular) and would like to have a GPS navagation setup on the Phone. With the products that you have used ... does the navagation program mute when a call is recieved? I'm a complete novice here so any and all information is appreciated.

i don't think mine mutes when a call comes in (i don't really talk alot on the phone so i'm not sure.) but its not like the thing is a chatterbox. its voice prompts are only heard when highways split and when approaching any exits.
