Can anyone please help me with the following.

1) How XDA O2 works in India .
2) How to get XDA Sim Unlock Code.

Problem :

When I insert Sim Card ( from indian service provider) it is asking for SIM Unlock Code "SID".
I dont have O2 SimCard.I have tried with Hutch and Airtel , they dont know about that.
Because of this problem my XDA phone is not working.

XDA Details:-
Model No: PW10A1
Platfrom: PocketPC


How can I get one "XDA Screen Skin" if it is possible?
