I tried searching but couldn't find an answer to my problem so im sorry if this has been covered before. I just picked up a used sx66 of ebay. Everything works good on it and i just updated it to the latest rom. But I have one problem every time i remove the battery and put it back in it preforms a hard reset and i have no idea why. It says the backup battery is fully charged. Any ideas?

Mine does the same thing. Start->Settings->System->Power shows both batteries at 100%, but if I remove the main battery, it does a hard reset and I lose everything.
