May I know if its possible to remove the Cingular logo from the Dialer screen??

you can't 'remove' the logo without some extensive work.... however you can just change the image file used.

The image file is called "carrierlogo.gif". this file is located in the "Windows" directory on your PPC.

1) Copy the file from your PPC to your PC.

2) Edit the file in your favorite image editor save as same file type / color depth / dimensions.

3) Save image to your PC

4) Copy the file back to your PPC.

NOTE: To have the new file save successfully on your PPC you have to kill the "cprog.exe" process on your PPC before you copy it over. After the image is copied over either relaunch "cprog.exe" or simply soft reset your PPC.

Attached are 2 images, 1 is the .gif file itself i made, the other is a screenshot of my phone made using SOTI Pocket Controller Professional (which has a free trial AND can be used for killing running processes on the PPC)

Yeah, i also made my buttons look pretty too using the same methodology...
