i have just purchased a i-mate pda3 with the latest rom 5.03.02 wwe

radio 1.12.00
pro 1337.42

the problem i have is that i need to update the rom with the t-mobile update as i need to get the blackberry service on the phone and they say the only way to do this is by using their rom upgrade

i have tried this but i get the country error and states that this rom is not the right rom and it cannot upgrade this

can someone please help im desperate as im pulling my hair out
