Hello,

Cingular sent me a new phone because of the problems I've been having with my original SX66. I did a backup of the original phone using the bundled software, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get my contacts, appointments, files, etc. onto the new phone.

When I called Cingular, they told me to call Microsoft, who told me they would have to charge me a high support fee to try to help. Can anyone walk me through this, please?
