OK, after performing the hard reset and restoring my files via AS the Ext ROM was being overwritten/changed. I performed a hard reset again & checked the settings and both the ROM & EXTRom were ok (1.42). So I created a new AS profile and syncd. However, my radio rom still is not at 1.15 (this & BT is really what I was interested in).
So, how do I now update the Radio ROM now that the others are at 1.42?

Got it!!! Downloaded the ROMs directly from the standardization site (couldn't do it at work) and it worked perfectly.

I have just upgrade to ROM 1.40.00, Radio 1.15.00 & ExtROM 1.42.126. The phone is working great, but the Bluetooth program is not.

At the Bluetooth Settings, it will not save the setting I select for Hands Free after I click the OK. I can't pair my Jabra 250v now. Before I am using 1.33.10
, 1.02.00 & 1.33.110, and everything is OK.
