This file was ripped out of a iPAQ 6315 if you click on it on your device it will setup your connection for you. I just verified it on a SX66. Sorry, the file is tiny but I still had to zip it to be able to upload it.

That's exactly what I have done on my XdaIIs. However, I've got 4 POP email addresses and it appears that the only one being automatically "checked" is my default email address. The other three addresses I have to manually check. How do you handle this? Do you set the same interval for all 4 addresses or different ones?

Dial Up

Trying to set one up for my Boss as he is headed out over seas. Any one have luck setting up a dial up connection (CSD) using the (913) 244-0821 number. They don't have GPRS where he is heading and during testing, it seems to connect, however when I try to open a browser or use active sync to get email it dies. Suggestions?

Had to bring this thread back to life.....it finally happened - my pda2k did a hard reset after I decided to take the battery out for some much needed cleaning!!!!! and ofcourse I didn't have a backup done in ages!!!!

anyways, I put everything back but I seem to have forgotten how to get my connections right....I followed the settings here and they work fine, but when I tap on the G icon, I do NOT see both the WAP and my internet2 GPRS connections ( I only see the latter)....so now when I do get an MMS, it does connect to the WAP and retrieve the MMS, only there is no way to disconnect it ( ususally I just tap the G with the two-way arrows and there's a "disconnect" button right there....now it shows the GPRS connection and no WAP listed (even though I'm connected to the WAP!!).....

anyone care to help me get this one right please?

Thanks!!!!

Kaz.
