I think you mean that it "wobbles" in the cradle. I don't know what "wabbles" is but it sounds like you could either charge admission to see it or get arrested for it or possibly you might get arrested for charging admission to see it!

Scottie,
Here is what I know:
The 2000mAh battery will be available very shortly. We hope to begin shipping within about a week. It is presently priced at $72.95US. The 3000mAh should follow about a week or so after that. It is not yet priced.
A comparative picture showing the two new batteries is coming. If someone could tell me how to post it, or I can email it to you. Let me know if you have more questions.
I requested the photos of the 2000 mAH and 3000 mAH batteries. The provider responded quickly, and I've seen both units.
As we've seen already, the 2000 mAH unit is nearly identical to the "stock" battery. It simply extends the back of the battery to nearly the bottom of the unit before it angles in slightly and the battery locks into place. This unit looks good, and if as functional as we hope... should be a great everyday choice.
The 3000 mAH battery however looks like it has a camel "hump" on it. A section of the back literally sticks out from the back, and not in a pleasing fashion. It's not so far as to double the thickness of the battery, but it's definately got some size to it and presumably would make placing the phone in any case difficult. Add in the higher price, and this is definately a battery for those that require EXTENDED talk time without recharging, in areas that just don't have power.
For my part, I've place my order with Lion for the 2000 mAH version, and I'm anxious to receive it and see how it performs compared to my existing unit.

I hear ya. I saw the size of it too and the design wasn't very appealing. I understand why it's done like that though. The 3000 mAH battery was designed that way in order for the battery to fit in the charger without any modification to the charger.
You bet! We expect to recive them sometime next week. We will let everyone know exactly as soon as we get the tracking number from the manufacturer. (Of course we're only talking about the 2000mAh version. The 3000mAh version is still unknown.)

This is not legal - you must ship within 24hrs of billing the card. I imagine your cc provider would not be happy about this.
Which is why we've advised everyone of the situation. If someone makes a purchase while it shows that the item is "Out of Stock" we take every precaution possible to tell our clients about the possible error they've made. We refund/cancel purchases etc. If someone still says they'll wait and keep the money, then it is their decision.
I would prefer to charge the card the same day that I ship. Not earlier. However, the way that our system is set up, the charge is made immediately and then it gets transferred to our system. At that time, the item is checked to see if there is any stock. In reality, the stock should be checked first and only then should the card be charged.
There has to be a way around this. I'll check with the CC service provider.
Everyone will be glad to know that we finally have pricing for the 3300mAh battery. Yes, that's right, I didn't mistype. It is 3300mAh not 3000mAh. The price is set at $125USD. Availability is still a couple of weeks away. But we are getting closer!
