Just purchased an XDA IIs from 02, and the software CD won't install properly. O2 are baffled, and I have a piece of lovely equipment I can't even use...

Anyone else suffered this frustration?

I would suggest flash upgrading the phone to the latest image from O2. I had some wierd intermitant problems with calls dropping out almost immediately after dialing, nobody could explain it.

Ended up flash upgrading to the latest release and it went away. You can download the upgrade from www.seeO2.com or your regions O2 site.
