WEP Key Length
Hello,
I have an O2 XDA IIs and have been trying to connect it to a number of access points.
I have spoken to O2 email support who tell me that my device (not suer what else this extends to) only supports 64bit WEP encryption. The fact that they only support 802.11b is bad enough but only 64bit encryption!!!
So me being the resourcesfull thing that I am tries WPA-PSK...No Good. Same symptoms...finds the AP see's that its encrypted but never associates. I ave tried a preshared key as simple as "a".
Can anyone confirm using either 128bit Encryption or WPA-PSK?
Regards
Andrew
