I hope someone can help.

The other day I had a fully working (XDA11. As soon as I plugged it in to the car charger (which I have done countless times) the whole machine went dead.

I tried putting it in the sync cradle at home but no joy. Then I plugged directly into the XDA after a short while a red light appeared on the top RHS. This only lasted a short time and then went of but still no life in the phone. I have tried 3 other batteries and have tested the cradle with friends XDA

Any help most welcome
