No, I don't believe so. The limitation is with the XDA II, not the headset. Basically, BT headsets are merely wireless headsets. Extended functions that work properly with other phones do not work with the XDA due to software limitations.
Even then, some headsets have a problem retaining their BT profile info after you power off the headset. You have to re-pair the headset to the XDA when the headset is powered off for any reason. For example, Jabra BT headsets with product codes less than 19B don't hold their pairing. I've head than Sony headsets, like the HBH-35 do seem to work though. Its very hit and miss right now.
