In the slim chance that you still need help I'd love to help with this site. I've got a qtek 2020 with the latest rom 1.72 and radio vs 1.14 as far as I know that is the latest versions.

so look what i see in my Pocket PC ...thank you for traying 1-pass. the demonstration period has now ended. please purchase 1-pass from the site you downloaded from. the password will now be disabled. :S so plz can anyone tel me what i do with soft key password i forget it so thanks to all
