I turned on my QTEK 9000 this afternoon to check a few things including updating the weather on Journal Bar. It wasn't updating so I went out to IE to make sure the internet was working and it was. So I did a soft reset and after about 5 minutes all that appeared was the main QTEK screen. I did another soft reset and the same thing happened. So I then took the battery out and sim card out, waited 10 minutes and tried again. Same thing. so I made the decision to do a hard reset by pushing the two "-" keys and hitting the soft reset button. It came up with the prompt to ask me to type a "0" to reset or an "X" to cancel and I entered a "0". The same thing happened. I the repeated taking the battery out for 5 minutes. Same result. Any idea on what is wrong ?
