Can't access internet on QTEK 9000 using T-Mobile

I entered the following settings:

Name: T-Mobile WAP
Modem: Cellular Line (GPRS, 3G)
Access point name: wap.voicestream.com
User name: leave blank
Password: leave blank
Domain: leave blank

And for MMS:

Server Name: T-Mobile USA
Gateway: 216.155.165.50
Port Number: 9201
Server Address: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Connect Via: My ISP
Sending Size Limitation: 250K
WAP Version: WAP 1.2

I entered all of the settings ok. And it says it's connected. I can send and receive phone calls and receive text messages. But every time I try to login on he internet I get "This page cannot be found. Check the name and try again". What Am I doing wrong ?

Thanks !

Update - some of the other times I get a "!" mark by the antenna symbol - which I never seen before on any device - what does that mean ? The only way I can get a valid signal is by taking the battery out and waiting a few minutes. Any ideas as to what is going on ?
