I emailed Stocks & Weather Today and found out that they do not have any VGA themes. So I went out and found this one on Handango

I first loaded it to the My Documents folder, then to the program folder and then to my SD card and the themes did not rotate (the theme box was enabled on options).

Has anyone got this to work ? I am anxious to see this work on my QTEK 9000.
