You're not gonna like the answer, but I had to ship mine to Dubai for service (via iMate) and after shipping/labor/parts/tax/title/tag/dealer prep, it cost me about $350.00 to have it repaired, since broken screens aren't covered under warranty. Maybe PocketPCTechs could do something for cheaper? It's apparently a Sony LCD. Good thing I only paid $150.00 originally for it, or I woulda been in the market for a new WM device.
