Help! Lost partial Audio. Jasjar

I done a ROM upgrade and still no fix (thought the cause was a registry tweak). I think I dropped it about 1 feet high on to a carboard box and it tripped a circuit. Here is the deal.

1. phone rings through stereo speakers but I can not transmit nor recieve through phone. but does not play any other audio, clicks, mp3, wav, etc.

2. bluetooth phone operation is fine! removed all bluetooth devices and still NO luck with audio from the Jasjar.

Headphone jack plays fine, and can be used to answer phone calls and talk.

I think its something inside a stuck circuit that tells it to mute speakers for headphone jack??? Note: never touched the headphone jack prior to the problem.
