I just got a new 6828 last Friday. I am really impressed so far. The only problem I'm having is related to the reception. My signal strength is not what is was on my 6500 series Ipaq. I tried talking to a Cingular rep. = useless. In certain areas, my signal meter is busting out(so far, this has been the more rural areas), however, in areas where I know I should have a good signal it is struggling(so far, this has been the urban areas). I see some settings under the phone icon that talks about reordering the networks, but it won't let me make any changes. Please help, as I love this phone. Thanks.
