Can anybdy help me how to upgrade latest ROM on O2 Atom.As I try 2 download it,it is suck at step 5--Burning Radio Stack.And it just stays there and never goes.I tried repeating it many times but to no use.I tried to contact O2 about the problem but seems they have adopted a policy of ignoring all support e-mails.

Hey Buddy!

I was successfully able to implement the update. Just do the following and then try to run the update:

1. Close all running applications - Start -> Settings -> System -> Memory -> Running Programs and click "Stop All"
2. Do a soft reboot (Press the reset button - the small hole on the left side of the charger socket - with the stylus)
3. Restart your PC

And then try to re-install...
