Hotfix Patch Download problems

Trying to download an upgrade for Atom. Tried to run the download and it said '... is not a valid Win32 application'. Also I don't seem to have the InstallShield Wizard the download requires. Are these two issues related? Anyone can offer any help, please? cheers dcw

Possible Fix

Sounds like you need to copy the install file onto your handheld and then try to run it. Hope this helps.
