Arrow Managing ToDo's (WinMob)

I’ve been using PocketBreeze on my WinMob phone and now I’m moving to the HTC Touch. I’d like to keep the Today screen that comes with the Touch without adding any additional clutter. The main reason I liked PocketBreeze is that it allows me to sort ToDo’s (Tasks) exactly the way I like. I like to be able to view my tasks by category and have it show me only stuff that is due today and more importantly, undated tasks by default. The standard Task application will allow me to sort by date but then it shows me all future tasks too and puts the undated ones at the very bottom.

So, is there a ToDo type program out there that syncs with Outlook (must use the same database) and works well without having to be a Today plug-in? Any others solutions would be welcomed too.

I did use it a long time ago. It seemed like a great program, maybe a bit overkill for my needs. I don't remember though, is that a stand alone program or a Today screen plug-in?
