That is a key in the registry. If you are new to Windows PC's or devices, it would not be recommended to mess around in the registry. It's a sure fire way to mess up the device and the only recourse is to do a hard reset to get it back to normal.
But if you insist... Get a program such as TOTAL COMMANDER and that will let you edit the registry. You will see HKLM (that is the key you're looking for). It contains thousands of entries and you have to find the right one to change and edit. Changes are saved automatically and there is NO UNDO feature. Changes are made effective upon a soft reset of the device.
