Question Power User Switch from Palm OS

I am about to switch to the AT&T Tilt or Sprint Mogul depending on the October 22 Mogul ROM upgrade - I need Blackberry Connect for work. I have used the Palm OS since the Kyocera 7135 first came out in April 2003 and have my Treo 650 full of applications, not to mention contacts, notes, meetings etc. I would really appreciate advice regarding:
  • Transfer Palm Contacts, Dates, and Notes to Outlook
  • How to synchronize notes for Windows Mobile 6
  • Online articles describing "must-have" software for Windows Mobile 6
  • Any tutorial site for how to manage a WM6 phone, especially backing up and flashing the ROM
Thanks for your advice!

Dan
