I have a lot of business webex style conference numbers sent to me via calendar appts and the numbers and meeting number will not link properly.

So I have a few questions:
1. I thought at one point in wm you could create some sort of hyperlink in emails like: phone://555-555-1212 and it would link it. I can't recall how to do that anymore, assuming it ever really did exist.

2. I know that in contacts you can put pp for pause so I'd like to create a shortcut to 800-555-1212pp123456 so that it would call the number then pause for a few seconds, and then dial the remaining code. Anyone know of a way to hot link that.

3. Even a basic number that does hotlink in email, doesn't seem to want to do the same when it is sent as a calendar appt. Any ideas on how to get this to work.

purchase of a 3rd party app would be ok if that is the only way to get it to work properly.
