I have a new HTC Fuze running WM 6.1. With IT help it successfully syncs with Outlook now at work, using Exchange Server. Now I would like to also have it sync at home, using Windows Mobile Device Center on Vista Home Premium.

I connected the unit to the computer with USB, but I had to open WMDC myself. It doesn't recognize the Fuze, so I can't get any further.

I also want to install some 3rd-party software.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
