I never sync'd my emails nor favorites with activesync. I mainly just sync my contacts since I didn't know what adverse effects may result from a bad sync.

But, lets say I do decide to regularly backup my outlook and decide to see how things go. My outlook begs for archiving my emals, I have thousands of mails from the last couple years that I like to have readily available and am reluctant to do so, my pst is about 300megs.

q.1. would checking emails(pop3) in activesync settings bring all those emails to my pocket outlook?

q.2. I was figuring that in best case senario sync'ing emails(pop3) would only add mails I've sent with the ppc into my sent folder of my outlook, is this correct?

q.3. anyone ever heard of activesync corrupting their outlook pst from a bad sync?
