Using ipaq's FILE EXPLORER, I cannot open any file or folder. When I
tap on one item, it is just highlighted. When I continue to tap on a
2nd item, it is also highlighted. (It's like the WINDOWS PC version of
holding down the CRTL key and highlighting multiple items) Before I
used to tap on the file/folder and it will either open the file or open
the folder to display its contents.

Solutions I tried but not working:
1. Soft reset
2. Hard reset and reloaded all applications

Note:
1. I have not installed any new applications. However, I suspect that it was infected by the memory card that I used.
2. Active Sync still works with my PC.
3. The same thing happens when I tap on the saved documents, excel files, pdf's and image files.
4. I dared to leave the unit without the battery for more than an hour, when I tested it, it was temporarily fixed. then the same thing happened after about a few minutes...

please, please, please.... I need your help!!!
