I hope you guy can help me on this, we have a situation with Exchange ActiveSync problem, where we have backend Exchange server, with Isa 2004 as a software firewall plus a CISCO PIX for our main network.

I have configure based on article on how to setup Active sync with a single Exchange server 2003 and so forth, including registry change port and etc...

Everything work great until we discover that, when a user mark an e-mails back to unread, say select 5-10 email for later viewing. This changes does not reflect on the mobile devices, but the phone still getting new message that arrived to them, weather it's internal or external email.
