It's probably been said several thousand times on this forum but I'm new to the pda phone world and want to learn as much as I can about my device and how to use it. I recently took the plunge and bought a Samsung sch-i730. Being fiscally conservative (read that to mean a 'tightwad') I bought a reconditioned unit off a large auction site that will remain nameless. To make a long story short, I started playing with the device and have fallen in love with it (even though the i730 is as old as dirt in techno-time!).

I stumbled on this site by sheer luck because I now have a problem with the phone component of the device.

I'm also new to forums, posts, threads and the like but, having read through a lot of the posts on this site, I think I may have found the Holy Grail!

With that introduction, can I now start asking questions? Like where do I go (be gentle with me!) to become an expert on my device?

hello and welcome. we have an i730 forum here with some of the best minds in converged devices being regular members. head over to the forum and search/read the stickeys to get familiar before you start asking questions. 9 out of 10 times its beens discussed so have patience and read up!
