Just picked up a P800 two days ago...

Anything I should know about it? Any must have's?

Welcome staRang... glad to have you join the site. The P800 is a great device, and one thing I'd get if I had one was a good Bluetooth headset.... then most of the rest of us would be jealous! Seriously, that is one of the few pdaPhones that have Bluetooth at this point, so take advantage of it. The other thing I'd highly recommend is a good case, and a good screen protector. This will help protect the resale value and also enhance your experience. I use WriteShields which I think give a better stylus feel when writing.

As for the avatars, the max is 75x75 pixels.
