Has anyone noticed that when you set the volume on a ringer and run the test (hit play button) it is quite loud when volume is at max, but when an actual call comes in its reduced?

I noticed this with both standard and custom ringtones I made.

I've noticed it.........that and the crappy, crackling sound from the speakers even if the volume is at the lowest setting!
