What is the difference between these two phones?

I am planning on buying some accessories for my fiance''s 755p
for x-mas but most sites dont list this phone as an option.
Is it, for accessory purposes, the same as the 750?

The 755 has more in common with the 680, but even that isn't a match. You might look at treocentral for specific items for the 755.

Yes it is. The main difference between those two treos is that the 750 runs on windows mobile while the 755p runs on Palm OS (hence the p). But the accessories are the same for both of them. Just stay away from the treo 680 accesories because some of those will certainly not be the same as those of the 750 or the 755p (for example the stylus, which is why the pack of three contains an additional set of replacements for the top of the stylus to be used with the Treo 680)
