multitasking and the internet?

I used to have a Treo 650 and can't recall if everytime you open up the internet browser if it starts you from the home page or the last one you were looking at? Would hate to get a text message and get back on the net to be at the home page.

also anyone have this for sprint and can compare internet speeds to a ppc 6700 or 6800?

thx

I had a 755p when I was with Sprint (ditched them because of their poor service...) and seem to recall that it was possible to select either the last page viewed or always start at the home page. I had mine set to the last page viewed.

I think Internet speeds were adequate for a mobile device, but what I didn't like was that it used Blazer 4.5; there have been no significant improvements to this browser in a very long time. Over all it was a good phone, but I am much happier with my Samsung i760

Funny thing, I had 3 i760's in just a month and a half and they all kept working like crap. I went to the 755p and I'm much happier. I just find it to be way more stable. I liked the i760 a lot........ at first.
