I have had my 755p for about a week. The phone works great during the day.
When I put it in the charger at night it freezes up and needs to be HARD
rebooted. The first change I made was to use the sych cord and charge it on the computer. Some problem.

Called Sprint, their stock customer service response is "you have 30 days to exchange the phone, so just take it in and get a new one." The new one has the same problem. Everyday I must hard reboot and restore.

The first phone was maybe because I was doingsomething wrong. The second phone tells me that there is a phone problem.

A good detective would ask which 3rd party software I am using.
Express, Slingbox and Ringo.


Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Did you upgrade from another Treo/pda device? That could cause issues sometimes. And as you mentioned, it could be a 3rd party issue as well.
