755p Day 1 - 1 Hard Reset and Counting...
OK, this wasn't pleasant. I spent a good part of the morning getting my new Treo 755p to sync with Lotus Notes over Bluetooth. Then I got bold and decided to load some MP3s to listen to. Great... I selected one CD worth of MP3s and tried to sync them from Windows Media Player 9. It promptly filled my new Treo's memory and I forgot from my prior Palm days that there is no way to delete a file! You'd think with the number of years that Palm has been making these things that they'd add a file manager or file removal utility. I guess you can move things to a card, but I my mini-SD card is still on order. Just remember to load Filez, a freeware file removal utility, as soon as you get your new Treo... otherwise you could be doing what I'm doing... ugh. You can get FileZ for free here... http://store.pdaphonehome.com/product.asp?id=6011 ... and we don't make you join anything to download it.
