So my 700p died and the insurance company was nice enough to upgrade me to a 755p. I'm not getting the CD-ROM and all the other goodies as if I had gotten a new phone. So I'm going to get this 755p home, and then attempt to sync it with the desktop software that I got for my 700p.

Am I in for trouble if I do this?
Do I need to upgrade the desktop software as well?
Any other gotchas someone could warn me about?
