Having problem key guard is on but when I set password to assign and phone auto locks, Phone relocks right away after 1st attempt to unlock same. Anybody else experience this. 2nd attempt unlocks phone as it normally should.
No help at verizon store or tech support. Thier answer to everything is hard reset.

UPDATE POST To date I have been unable to use key guard and security lock feature where pda locks itself after a set time. I still receive error listed above and have to shut off security lock feature, for pda to function properly.

ANYBODY HAVE A FIX FOR THIS
