GPS

What can you tell me about the GPS setting on my Treowx?

The GPS settings are for AGPS or Assisted GPS and is used for E911 purposes Family Locator (Sprint) and other programs that can use AGPS information like TeleNav provided by your carrier.

You can not use the internal GPS chip for thrid party GPS software like TomTom or IGuidance. If you want to use that kind of software, you will need a Bluetooth GPS receiver.
