so, my camera stopped showing up, when I clicked on camera all I could get were the pictures

I thought it was some kind of software glitch and I figured a hard reset would bring back the camera

synced up (on vista), hard reset

now there is no camera in the program files either\

plus, when I synced up the device, no contacts and I can't click the "contacts" link in the sync application

any ideas?

hey.. that happened to me also. you need to go to sprint and get a new phone. nothing will work.
