First question, Is it possible to turn off the screen while in a call? It gets annoying, and it burns the battery. And two, has anybody had the problem where when you dial a number it hangs up immediately, but when you dial it the second time it goes through. O h, and the only change was that I installed the threaded sms patch on there.

Also is there a quik all silent option including turning the vibration off like on the 6600

To answer one of your questions.... (found this on another forum)

"You can do it a lot of method, but turning off the LCD is not the best way. You can suspend the PDA completely while keep the call on.

I attached the suspend.exe from PHM, you can put it anywhere, make a shortcut to \windows\start menu\programs, and assign it to a hardware button, I used the side hold.

When the call end, the unit will power on itself. You can use any green button to power on the treo 750 during a call.

On the top of the phone, there's a switch to turn off the sound. You can probably setup in the sounds and notifications and uncheck any option for vibration. I'm not sure if that will work or not, but it's worth a try.
