I'd like to turn off the side volume buttons

The ringers on these phones are soft enough to begin with. However, everytime I grab my phone out of my pouch I risk knocking the ringer volume down a notch...

I can't seem to find a place to reassign the side buttons.

This program says it can re-assign the volume buttons. I have not tried it but someone over at Treocentral claims it works. Worth looking into at least.
